Can I use Quiet Staff One today?

Quiet Staff One is being developed around connected business workflows. Today, we work directly with businesses to scope and implement individual workflows. Self-service access comes later.

What does Agentic AI as a Service mean?

It means a managed service built around AI agents that use approved knowledge and tools to help complete business tasks. Our planned approach combines workflow design, agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop (HITL) review and ongoing support, with agreed outputs and responsibilities.

What are vertical AI agents?

Vertical AI agents are purpose-built for a particular industry or business function. Quiet Staff One’s planned focus is business functions: agents configured around relevant business knowledge, connected tools and a defined workflow. They may use general-purpose AI models underneath; the specialisation comes from the task, context and permissions. The level of autonomy and human-in-the-loop (HITL) checkpoints would be agreed for each workflow.

Can this work with the tools I already use?

We start with your everyday tools: WhatsApp or email for enquiries; LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram for content; website forms, Google Drive, customer records and calendars. Workflows can also include team channels such as Slack or Telegram. We confirm the connections, access and approval steps that fit your setup during scoping.

Do I need to know which module I need?

No. Start with the work you want to improve. One useful workflow may draw on more than one module. We’ll agree the connections and human review steps around that work.

How would pricing work?

Tell us your budget and the task you want to improve. We’ll explore whether a smaller first step makes sense, then agree the scope and quote before paid work begins. Setup, deliverables, revisions, usage, third-party costs and support are set out separately. Public subscription plans and prices are not set.

Will an agent act without a person checking?

Human-in-the-loop (HITL) means a person reviews or approves work at defined checkpoints. The proposed workflow determines what needs review and who can approve an action. Permissions, exceptions and the limits of automation would be agreed before implementation.

What should I share in an enquiry?

A short description of the task, the tools involved and the result you want is enough. Please leave out personal, confidential or sensitive business information at this stage.
