QuietStaff Ltd · Registered in England and Wales · Technical partner
Your client, your name. Our delivery.
Quiet Staff is the technical partner UK agencies, consultancies and businesses call when a client or a project needs something built, connected or automated. Under your name if you prefer: you keep the client and the relationship. We start with a small, paid scoping piece, so you can judge the work before committing to more.
Portals, booking and quoting tools, internal dashboards and first versions of new products, built to agreed milestones and handed over with operating notes.
Example first piece
One working screen or workflow, end to end, on agreed sample data.
02 / Integrate
Connecting the systems a client already uses
CRM, finance, booking and data sources joined through their APIs, so records stop being typed in twice. Each connection is logged, so failures are visible and can be checked.
Example first piece
One integration between two named systems, with alerts when it fails.
03 / Automate
Manual steps taken out of everyday workflows
Repeating work such as moving documents, chasing approvals or building reports, automated with a human check wherever a judgement is needed.
Example first piece
One workflow mapped and automated, with the manual time it replaces written down.
04 / Warehouse AI
AI apps over a data warehouse
An assistant that answers approved business questions from the client’s own warehouse. Metrics are defined first, results are traceable, access is controlled and answers are tested against known figures.
Example first piece
A scoped pilot on one dataset and a short list of agreed questions.
05 / Protected data
PII redaction and validation on incoming data
A boundary that detects and redacts personal data, validates what arrives and holds exceptions and uncertain matches for review before data moves on to the warehouse or an AI model. Redaction is tested on sample data and the acceptable error rate is agreed with you at scoping.
Example first piece
One incoming feed, with a working redaction and validation step.
06 / Data engineering
Data engineering and production readiness
Pipelines, orchestration (Airflow) and warehouse ingestion, plus the work that takes an existing pipeline, RAG app or prototype to production: evaluation, monitoring, deployment and operating notes.
Example first piece
A production-readiness review of one existing build, with a prioritised fix list.
02How we work together
Start small. Grow on evidence.
01 / Scope
Paid scoping.
A few days, fixed scope. We agree the problem, data access and what a pilot should prove.
02 / Pilot
Milestone pilot.
Two to three weeks, paid per milestone. A working piece in the client’s environment for you to review.
03 / Build
Follow-on build and support.
If the pilot earns it, we continue into a fuller build and agreed support.
Option A
Under your name.
We work as part of your team. The client sees your brand and your people in front. Our role as processor or sub-processor, and the delivery location, are disclosed to your client as your data protection contract requires.
Option B
Co-branded.
We are introduced by name where that helps the client, and you still lead the relationship.
Agreed before work starts
You keep the client and the relationship. We work as your subcontractor; client interfaces and commercial terms are agreed with you before work starts.
We do not approach your clients to offer them our services directly. The exact scope and period are set out in the agreement.
Confidentiality first. We sign a mutual confidentiality agreement before you share client or project detail with us.
Ownership. Bespoke deliverables pass to you or your client on payment, as agreed. We keep pre-existing tools and reusable components, licensed for use with the deliverables.
Data protection. Personal data is handled under a DPA, with Quiet Staff as processor or sub-processor. Where India delivery involves a restricted transfer, the UK IDTA or Addendum applies.
In writing. All of this is confirmed in a written agreement, signed before work starts.
This page summarises how Quiet Staff (QuietStaff Ltd, company 17171308) usually works with delivery partners. It is not an offer or a contract, and it creates no obligation. Only a written agreement signed by both parties does, and that agreement governs.
03How to hand work over
Send the outline. We’ll reply with a proposal.
The client problemIn your words.
The data and systems involvedSources, warehouse, cloud and tooling.
What has been tried so farIncluding anything that did not work.
The result and the timingWhat the client wants, and by when.
Who owns the client relationshipAnd who we would speak to day to day.
Delivery and data accessWhether India-based delivery and the access needed are acceptable.
A short outline is enough. We reply with a proposal for the paid scoping, for you to review. If it isn’t a fit, we’ll say so plainly.
Prefer to refer a client rather than run the project? Introduce us, and QuietStaff handles the engagement directly with the client. A referral fee is agreed with you in writing before any introduction is made.
Your delivery lead
Meet Mohan. He leads the work.
Mohan Raj Dhanapal is QuietStaff’s Founder & CEO, with 21 years in technology, operations and delivery. He stays hands-on in the architecture and the code. His experience covers:
Data platforms and orchestration for overnight processing at volume.
Protected data ingestion: PII redaction, validation and holding data for review.
Multi-source pipelines into a data warehouse.
An AI engine that answers business questions from a warehouse in defined analytical formats.
Delivery is from India. We work UK business hours. Mohan leads the technical work directly, with a delivery team sized to the engagement. Quiet Staff is a Claude Partner Network member.
Quiet Staff is new, and we have no UK client list to show you yet. That is why we start with a small, paid piece you can judge for yourself.
Where does the data sit, and does India-based delivery matter?+
Delivery is from India. We work UK business hours. Where possible we work inside your repo, cloud accounts and tooling, so access stays under your control. A data processing agreement is available.
Who talks to the client?+
You decide. Under your name, you lead the client relationship and we work in the background, with our role disclosed as your data protection contract requires. Co-branded, we can join client calls. Either way, you own the relationship.
Who owns the IP?+
Client interfaces, commercial terms, project IP and reusable components are agreed in writing before work starts. The partner terms above summarise the usual position; the signed agreement governs.
What size of work do you take on?+
Bounded pieces first: scoping, then a pilot of two to three weeks. Larger builds follow only if the pilot earns them.
Do you compete with us?+
We build for you, not around you. What we agree on approaching your clients, and for how long, is set out in the written agreement.
05Let’s talk about the client
Tell us about the client. We’ll shape the next step.
A short outline is enough. We will reply with a proposal for the paid scoping.
